Viamericas Corporation, an international licensed remittance company, announced its latest offering to both customers and partners, a new digital financial services brand called Vianex. The new website, mobile website and open APIs will now make it possible for customers and partners to send money directly from the United States to Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, the Philippines, India and other countries.
Vianex customers can send money using a credit/debit card or directly from a bank account. The ability to send cash will be available later this year by starting a money transfer online and finishing the transfer at any of the thousands of Viamericas agent locations throughout the country.
“This new digital platform will give our customers easier access to money transfer services,” says Paul Dwyer, CEO of Viamericas. “It was time for us to create a digital brand identity that reflects our commitment to and understanding of the importance of serving our customers in their channel of preference. Viamericas will continue to be our brick-and-mortar brand, while Vianex takes us into the next generation of digital services offered by Viamericas.”
The new govianex.com website features easy send options, stored recipient information for faster money transfer and real-time transaction tracking. “We have revamped our digital experience to make sending money easy, fast and secure for our customers,” says Joel Kosloski, Chief Technology Officer and lead architect for the digital platform. “This new digital brand will also expand our service offerings for partners. Our partners can now provide their customers financial services with our Money Transfer as a Service (MTaaS) APIs.”
